Hey! My name is Anthony Shelley and I’m a traveler, a writer, and a food freak. I started this blog to chronicle the wonderful eats of the Caribbean.
Just to let you know a little bit about myself, I attended the University of Washington to become a professional Technical Communicator. Today, I manage social media for a digital and video production company called charlieuniformtango.
After an invitation from my cousin (Jhoanape Kennedy), I agreed to travel down to Saint Vincent and the Grenadines for a much-needed break from the doldrums of the Pacific Northwest.
Yup.
What I discovered here (the friendly culture, the fantastic dancing, and the FOOD) will definitely stay with me long after I’ve returned back to the states.

Ths is a travesty… i sit n the grey rain… the constant mind numbing drizzle of the Pacific Northwest while u casually exhort the virtues of eating the cholesterol laden carb stoked insulin dependnt diabetes causing pastries that in a real true nanny state the likes of which our appointed messiah Obama favors will be outlawed!!! You are sir in word a thug. These are high crimes against the state…the Obamanation.
REPENT or risk losing your seat at the next Socialist Party of Wshington State asmbly.
John Adams is revolving raipidly in his grave while vomitting and throwing large clots which have lodgedin the circle of willis… I refer NOT to that iconic actor of short staure and 80’s sitcom fame but the anatomical masterpiece that ensures your ever shrinking pea sized brain is supied with oxygen… but i digress… John Adams ye let me continue… I will leave you with my dear friend John’s own words…

YAY! Been a while since I’ve seen you and thought I’d try to find you today. It sure looks like you’ve been having an awesome time – hanging out with family always makes me happy, and you get the added perk of incredible eats as well!
